We make every effort to display our products accurately. As each garment is handmade and hand-embroidered, slight variations in colour, embroidery, finish and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of your order takes place when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We currently only ship orders to the United Kingdom. Contact us directly to enquire about international orders.

Ownership of products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for customers in the United Kingdom.

Customers in the United Kingdom may return unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving their order.
